The topic of the research is recycling in the workplace, with a specific focus of finding out whether increased organisational creativity and innovation is associated with increased recycling in the office. There appears to be a big gap between recycling within the workplace and within the home environment. In particular research has found that when people arrive in the workplace they tend to see recycling as being devolved from their responsibility. Clearly creating an atmosphere which encourages environmental responsibility is key to increasing recycling within the workplace. </description>
